All female ski camp

Welcome to a weekend with lots of fun skiing! Here you get the opportunity to develop your skiing together with an experienced instructor and meet new friends with the same interest. This is a weekend for you who want to find the right way in your skiing or who want to take the next step in your skiing and grow as a skier. There is no minimum level requirement, we have had participants who were complete beginners on skis to more experienced skiers who ski all types of slopes and off-piste.

The weekend is led by instructor and coach Johanna Nygård, who has over 10 years of experience from ski schools and teaching in Sweden and Switzerland.

Before the course, you will get to answer a few questions in an email about what you want to get out of your skiing, your previous experiences and if you have any special wishes regarding the weekend's training.

PROGRAM FRIDAY-SUNDAY 

FRIDAY 

9.30 - 14.00 Skiing and exercises in a small group. There will be time for your own skiing during the day so you can continue training at your own pace or just enjoy the mountains.

AFTERNOON

Skiers stretch 

SATURDAY

Video analysis of your skiing and personal feedback.
