Offpist & freeride adventure Engelberg

- Weekend 21 or 22-24 February Engelberg -

An entire weekend full of offpist-skiing and a great mountain experience in beautiful Engelberg. ♥️❄️

+ 1 SKI, AVALANCHE AND REPELLING TRAINING DAY

with Johanna

First day we get to know Engelberg skiing the slopes together (Johanna following as a ski instructor). After lunch we do a half-day practising avalanche search at the training center in Engelberg and thereafter introduction of repel-technique with skis on our backpack (Johanna as climbing instructor).

+ 1 EXPERIENCE TITLIS ROUND TRIP

with Mountain guide & Johanna

The extravagant Titlis Round Trip starts on Mt. Klein Titlis. After skiing down over glacial terrain the legs are properly warmed up for the climb over the exposed “Messer”. The first crux will then be a 50 meters abseil point through a couloir, followed by some more downhill skiing to the second abseil point. After that comes a two hours ascent on the south side of Mt. Titlis up to Grassen bivouac. On the north face we then descent with hopefully best snow conditions 1600 meters down to the bottom of the valley of Engelberg.

Requirements: | Skiing skills: good off-piste skier | Physical fitness: endurance for ascents up to 3 hours & long descents. | Psyche: an exposed ridge needs to be climbed over (secured by a rope); abseiling into a couloir.

Timeframe: (subject to change) 06:45 until your legs give up!
